IT Service Manager

Job description: IT Service Manager (80% - 100%)

Tasks

• Manage and develop services related to Azure Cloud and artificial intelligence
• Supporting and promoting standards in Windows, Linux, OpenShift
• Remain open and curious about new technologies and evaluate their potential value
• Continuous improvement of services to deliver value to Vontobel and its stakeholders and increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Act as an interface and coordinator between business, IT support, IT engineering and IT security
• Creation and maintenance of service documentation, user communication and manuals
• Leading or co-leading service-related projects from initiation to implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, business information technology or a similar field
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and familiarity with AI-related technologies and use cases
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and technologies across different domains
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge or certification in ITIL and agile methods is a plus
• Experience with FinOps, reporting and data visualization tools
• Self-motivated team player with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
• Adept at prioritizing and focusing on delivering customer value
• Excellent communicator with an assertive, open and persistent attitude
• Ability to look at challenges from multiple perspectives and adapt the approach accordingly
