IT Service Owner / Application Operations Manager - Actico Business Rule Engine (Full-time)
The Julius Baer Group is seeking an experienced IT Service Owner / Application Operations Manager for the Actico Business Rule Engine to configure the environments and set up the service. The ideal candidate should have experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Actico technology, as well as strong communication skills.
About the job
We are looking for an experienced Application Operations Manager to set up the environments for the ACTICO Business Rule Engine and establish it as an IT service.Your challenge
- End-to-end management of the environment setup, coordination and collaboration with internal experts and Actico consultants, reporting to the Product Owner and the System Architect
- Configuring namespaces and pods for three environments (TST, UAT, and PRD)
Your profile
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
- Experience as a DevOps engineer working with CI/CD pipelines using Git/GitLab, Octopus, Helm Charts in Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux/RHEL 8 environments
- Experience with the Actico platform for business rules management
- Helpful: Certifications and training in Visual Rules / Actico Rules are a plus
- System engineering skills on the Actico technology stack
- Experience with Oracle DB and SQL
- A solid understanding of the integration of REST web service technologies
- Experience with Eclipse for development and debugging
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, social interaction, a cross-cultural mindset, empathy, and a can-do attitude
- Able to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
