IT Service Owner – Business Rule Platform 100% (f/m/d)

Your challenge

• Manage the operating model to ensure support levels and distribution of operational tasks
• As part of the operating model, the IT service owner directly provides third-level support.
• Alignment with providers and infrastructure in relation to the IT service lifecycle (planning and execution)
• Continuous improvement of service availability, performance, capacity, and knowledge management
• Responding to risk-related matters such as audits, access rights controls, and annual risk assessments
• Managing risk mitigation measures and technical debt pipeline
• Advising stakeholders on sustainability and operational readiness of delivery and provision of non-functional requirements, their test cases, and responsibility for validation
• Alignment with the delivery team and release management for deployments in UAT and production environments
• Actively acts as gatekeeper for every change in IT services, decides with stakeholders on production readiness from an IT perspective (providing go/no-go recommendations)

Your profile

• Education: BSc/MSc in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Understanding of the software development life cycle; Agile certifications are a plus
• Knowledge of system/software engineering in Java
• Expert knowledge in Actico Business Rule Management (modeling, management, and implementation)
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Expert in continuous integration and continuous delivery, as well as Harbor and Octopus
• Expert in the definition and implementation of RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle and H2 databases) and SQL, as well as a solid understanding of the Linux operating system
• Expert in Actico platform operation (Model Hub, Execution Server & Workplace)
