IT Service Owner - Client Output Mgmt. System ISIS-Papyrus100% (f/m/d) - External
The IT Service Owner is responsible for the operation of an IT service system (Client Output Mgmt. System ISIS-Papyrus) and should ensure that it runs within the defined SLA guidelines. The focus is on taking on requirements, coordinating software installations and upgrades and ensuring system stability and security.
Job description
Tasks
- Taking over requirements and preparing narrow tasks for software installations or upgrades
- Familiarity with HP Service Manager to manage the CMDB part
- Ordering all assets required to run the software, such as software packages, databases or VM (firewall)
- Securing and configuring environments in accordance with company standards (DNS, certificates, firewall)
- Communicate with the company's infrastructure teams to ensure the implementation of software packages
- Ordering and maintenance of technical users, (Oracle) roles, AD groups and all necessary security items such as IAM Core to operate the software and restrict access
- Understanding the company's authorization requirements and providing the right guidance
- Implementation of platform life cycles if the platform is at risk of being decommissioned
- Error analysis and tracking in the event of problems with the software, if necessary with the supplier via their ticketing system
- Configuration of the software and underlying hardware components to meet company standards in terms of hardening, logging and security settings
- Planning and execution of system tests of all new updates and support of the business and service teams during version updates
- Automation of recurring administrative and operational tasks
- Quality control for all change installations in production
- Migration of solution elements through the various phases as required by the service and change management teams
- Understanding all business use cases of the client output management system and assisting the 2nd level user support team as required
- Implementation and review of monitoring to detect potential problems in the software or configuration
- Maintenance of operational readiness and system stability of all environments
- Understanding the authorizations in the applications mentioned and creating user profiles
- Maintenance of product and process documentation, such as infrastructure overview, operating instructions or safety concept
Requirements
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or similar professional experience
- Proven professional experience in ISIS-Papyrus, ideally with certificates from the supplier or experience in release upgrades
