Full-Time IT Service Specialist (all genders)

Tasks

• You will support and optimize the maintenance, development, and change processes at the bank's data center.
• They provide secure and transparent access control for applications, as well as cloud and SaaS solutions.
• You will handle inquiries and changes independently.
• You work closely with business units and IT colleagues to ensure that access requirements result in secure and efficient processes.
• You contribute ideas and help further develop our user and customer services.

Requirements

• A solid IT education and/or comparable prior knowledge in current IT fields, ideally with professional experience in IAM, DevOps, or the financial sector.
• Excellent written and spoken German; good English skills or the ability to quickly adapt to new requirements—ideally with a background in banking (cloud governance and regulatory requirements).
• A structured and independent approach to work, as well as a passion for finding solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate productively with a variety of contacts and customers.
• Creativity, an openness to new technologies, and the motivation to actively help shape modern IT solutions.

• This position is governed by the collective bargaining agreement for IT employees under the BTV corporate standards. The minimum gross annual salary for this full-time position is 2,911.36 EUR.
