IT Service Specialist

Tasks

• They ensure secure, transparent, and regulated user management as well as endpoint management based on Next Generation ServiceNow
• You will handle requests and changes independently and ensure they are implemented promptly
• You will work closely with business units, IT colleagues, and external partners and help develop more efficient processes
• You contribute ideas and help further develop our user and access management system

Requirements

• A solid background in IT and/or comparable professional experience in the field of IAM
• Given the scope of our operations, we consider experience with identity and access management or comparable systems (at least C1) to be a plus.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, as well as incident, problem, and change processes in the context of Microsoft systems
• Ideally, practical experience with the Microsoft Identity Platform (Entra ID)
• Knowledge of IT risk management, cloud governance, and regulatory requirements—ideally with a focus on the banking sector
• A structured and independent approach to work, as well as a passion for finding solutions
• Analytical thinking and the ability to analyze problems from both a technical and a process-oriented perspective
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a variety of contacts on a professional level
• An openness to new technologies and the motivation to actively help shape modern IT solutions

• The minimum salary for this full-time position is 2,950.00 EUR gross per year.
