IT service desk employee (2nd level support)

Field of activity

• Together with the IT specialists in our team, you will support our employees in their day-to-day tasks:
• 2nd level support for the following tasks:
• Directly on site,
• Fulfillment of all requirements
• Regularly or in our support offers

Requirements

• Completed training as a computer scientist EFZ or comparable qualification with demonstrable experience in the IT sector
• Strong IT affinity and a pronounced awareness of service and quality
• Sound knowledge of hardware and Microsoft 365 (Windows 10/11, MS Office applications, MS Teams etc.)
• Experience in mobile communication, especially with iOS devices
• Very good written and spoken German and a good command of English; knowledge of other languages (preferably French) or knowledge of another IT field
• Enjoy helping others, coupled with an open and friendly personality
• Flexibility,
• Diversity and the desire to constantly expand your own horizons
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Category B driving license
