IT Support Engineer

Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our IT team in London and become part of our global service team. The successful candidate will primarily provide 1st level support to our London office whilst supporting other sites across Western Europe. This role requires excellent problem solving skills, a customer focused attitude and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced, global environment.

Tasks

• Provide first level support for end users in London and other Western European locations (France, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland);
• Troubleshooting and repair of hardware, software and network problems;
• Participate in global service team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in service and ICT support, preferably in a global organization;
• Broad technical knowledge with experience in Microsoft Windows and M365 environments;
