IT Support
LGT Bank Switzerland is looking for a motivated individual for IT Support in Zurich to act as 2nd level support for end users and perform independent tasks. The position offers flexible working models, extensive benefits and opportunities for career development.
Tasks
- 2nd level support for end users
- Independent task completion directly on site
- Permanent or flexible division of tasks in the support offering
Requirements
- Completed training as a computer scientist/ITF or comparable qualification with demonstrable further training in the IT field
- Strong IT affinity and an outsourced application for service and quality
- Sound knowledge of hardware and Microsoft 365 (Windows 10/11, MS Office applications, MS Teams etc.)
- Experience in mobile communication, especially with iOS devices
- Very good written and spoken German and a good command of English; knowledge of other languages (preferably French or Italian) is an advantage
- Enjoy helping others, coupled with an open and friendly personality
- Flexibility, versatility and the desire to constantly broaden your horizons
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Category B driving license
