LGT Bank Switzerland is looking for a motivated individual to join the IT Service Desk team to solve technical issues and provide excellent customer service. The position requires a completed IT education, IT affinity and experience with Microsoft 365 and mobile communication technologies.

Profile
Requirements
- Completed training as a computer scientist EFZ or comparable qualification with demonstrable further training in the IT field
- Strong IT affinity and a pronounced awareness of service and quality
- Sound knowledge of hardware and Microsoft 365 (Windows 10/11, MS Office applications, MS Teams etc.)
- Experience in mobile communication, especially with iOS devices
- Very good written and spoken German and a good command of English; knowledge of other languages (preferably French or Italian) is an advantage
- Enjoy helping others, coupled with an open and friendly personality
- Flexibility, commitment and the desire to constantly expand your own horizons
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Category B driving license
