Tasks
- Part of the dynamic and committed team at the LGT IT Service Desk
Requirements
- Completed training as a computer scientist EFZ or comparable qualification with demonstrable further training in the IT field
- Strong IT affinity and a pronounced awareness of service and quality
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Hard- und Software (Windows 10/11, MS Office-Anwendungen, MS Teams etc.)
- Experience in mobile communication, especially with iOS devices
- Very good written and spoken German and a good command of English; knowledge of other languages (preferably French or Italian) is an advantage
- Enjoy helping others, coupled with an open and friendly personality
- Flexibility, versatility and the desire to constantly broaden your horizons
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Category B driving license
