IT Team Lead for Business Process and Content Management Services

Tasks

• Leading a team of Flowable Technology Specialists and planning resource capacity across various instances in all banking domains
• Delivery and operation of business applications that run on these platforms
• Establishment and development of technical delivery teams at various locations (Switzerland and India)
• Building a global engineering culture and a collaborative model across locations to support an efficient platform strategy
• Budgeting and cost management for the two strategic technologies (Censhare), including vendor and license management, as well as leveraging modern options and promoting cost efficiency
• Ensuring high-quality technical delivery through a strong engineering culture and modern practices for implementing business and IT projects
• Ensuring effective governance through compliance with established guidelines and clear, transparent decision-making processes
• Actively promote the COO’s core values—trust, ambition, collaboration, and courage—in business. Ensure appropriate, ethical, and compliant behavior, and serve as a role model.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Proven ability and experience in leading a team within the IT department. Commitment to employee development and maintaining high quality standards through performance management and professional development
• Proven Technical Leadership in Platform Engineering and Platform Modernization
• Software development, cloud, GitLab, and strong project management skills
