IT Team Assistant (100%) (m/f/d)
Incore Bank Technology AG is seeking an IT Team Assistant to provide support to management, handle communications, and perform basic IT and support tasks. Ideal candidates are those with an interest in finance and IT who would like to work in a dynamic team.
Tasks
- communicate internally and externally via email and phone
- Assist management in scheduling appointments
- Handle simple IT tasks, such as data processing using our in-house systems
- Testing the in-house-developed portfolio management software “MyWeDeposit”
- Basic support tasks related to our technologies and customers
- discuss practical topics
- be the "heart and soul" of our office
Requirements
- Ideally, vocational training or experience in the banking or insurance industry
- Interest in finance, the stock market, and computer science
- Be a team player and open-minded, and enjoy deciding for yourself what to do next
