IT Team Assistant (100%) m/f/d

Tasks

Communicate internally and externally by e-mail and telephone
support the management in the preparation of appointments
perform simple IT tasks, e.g:
- data processing with our in-house systems
- testing the "MyWebDepot" securities account management software developed in-house
- simple support activities
discuss practical issues with our developers and customers
be the "good soul" of our office

Requirements

Ideally professional training or experience in IT, banking or insurance
Interest in finance, the stock market and IT
work conscientiously and independently
willing to familiarize yourself with the existing system with the team and help shape it
