Your tasks
- Personnel management of around 15 employees
- Coaching and support for employees in terms of "performance & development"
- Organizational and methodological support of the team regarding the implementation of the DevOps approach
- Participation in working groups on departmental and overarching topics
- Contributing new impulses
- Visionary thinking with regard to the continuous improvement of each individual employee and the entire team
Your profile
- Communication talent with strong negotiating skills, confident demeanor and persuasiveness
- Completed studies (university, FH, HF) in the field of business administration, (business) informatics or comparable
- Several years of experience with agile software development methods
- High level of self-motivation, responsibility and social skills
- You are an empathetic, reliable and team-oriented person who puts mutual success above personal recognition
