IT Technical Business Analyst
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is looking for an IT Technical Business Analyst to assist with the migration of applications and the development of reports in the area of risk management. The ideal candidate will have experience in software development, knowledge of SQL, Python, and Agile methods, as well as a degree in computer science and at least 3 years of professional experience.
Tasks
- Participation in a project for the migration of applications, in particular in the implementation of developments for various reports in the area of market risks
- Participation in workshops to define framework conditions and draw up technical specifications
- Participation in the development phases, code review, testing, deployment, and post-deployment follow-up
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming, ideally with Python
- Knowledge of Front Arena (a plus)
- Knowledge of code management tools (GIT)
- Ability to document work and track it in tools such as JIRA, Wiki, etc.
Your profile
- Degree in computer science (master's or equivalent)
- Experience in the banking industry, ideally in a trading room
- At least 3 years of experience in development, ideally in an agile environment
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, solution-oriented approach, service-oriented attitude, and team spirit
- Proficiency in French, good knowledge of English
- Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate there
