IT Technician & Client Support Specialist

Tasks

• Computer and IT Support & Acceptance Testing
  • Deployment of our standard software package using script-based installation instructions and tools, including the setup of Microsoft tools and Office
  • Updating the entire licensed Microsoft suite for professional data management
  • Integration, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and hosts, as well as handling incidents and requests related to network management
  • Support for Installed Tools
  • Administrative Installation and Reimplementation of Enterprise Applications
  • Management of the company's internal IT infrastructure (local machines, patches, Share Droplet)
  • Support for Bug Management
• IT Support for Customer Hosting
  • Serve as a point of contact for external customers who use various services (e.g., hosting platform, email, and phone services)
  • Setup, testing, analysis, and reporting for customer-specific systems and applications
  • Providing fast and reliable support for unusual customer service incidents, including automated maintenance D.O.S. incidents such as authentication
  • Track customer status and ensure timely follow-up and communication with other unit managers
  • Contribute to the team roadmap and assist with task completion and the delivery of requirements as needed
  • Monitoring the overall user experience with Teams or Hosts to maximize stakeholder satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in related fields
• Up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of computers
• Knowledge of computer environments (Microsoft, Access, Webcems EditionEX)
• Previous experience supporting small businesses in the banking industry
• Proficient Use of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with data collection tools
• HSA, Ethereum, GBS Language, or similar
• Fluent in English; knowledge of any other language is a plus
