IT Technician & Client Support Specialist

Tasks

• As an IT technician and customer specialist based in Nicosia, Cyprus, you will provide our customers with support and technical assistance.
• Corporate IT Support and Management
• Deployment of our user hardware and software using the provided installation instructions and tools, including configuration and troubleshooting
• Installation and setup of equipment prior to preventive and corrective maintenance, including security configuration
• Identification, troubleshooting, investigation, and proper reporting of incidents and reports related to our operations team
• Participation in IT meetings as needed
• Management of the company's internal IT infrastructure, including systems, hardware, software, and services.
• Customized IT Support
• Primary point of contact for external customers via our ticketing, email, or phone systems to ensure quick and efficient resolution of technical issues.
• Providing technical and administrative guidance for common customer issues across multiple devices using various channels and tools
• Solving Problems for Our Global Customers
• Tracking customer tickets and preparing timely follow-ups and communications with the customer
• Communicate and coordinate with the development team to fix bugs and resolve recurring issues

Requirements

• A completed bachelor's degree in computer science or an equivalent degree
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Advanced Problem-Solving Skills
• Knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows)
• Familiarity with common web browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge)
• Experience with best practices in cybersecurity
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluency in German and other European languages
