Job description

We are looking for an experienced professional with broad technical expertise and a strong hands-on approach to serve as our IT Workplace Manager. You will develop and implement our desktop workplace infrastructure and ensure that support, bank-wide rollouts, and services are delivered on time and to a high standard.

What you bring with you

  • Completed degree in computer science (ETF), advanced vocational school (HFP), university of applied sciences (FH), or equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT workplace, client engineering, or IT operations—ideally at a bank or in a similarly regulated environment (e.g., insurance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals)
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows clients, software deployment, and release and patch management
  • Experience in managing call center and information infrastructure, including Microsoft Teams telephony, network and database services, print and storage management, as well as infrastructure components and technologies
  • Strong customer focus, intrinsic motivation, and a strong safety consciousness
