IT Workplace Specialist (m/f/d)
The IT Workplace Specialist (m/f/d) is responsible for the administration and optimization of IT workplace systems, including the support of products such as FollowMe and Identity Provisioning. The position offers the opportunity to work on projects and actively contribute to the future of VP Bank.
Job description
Your challenge
- Responsibility for products such as FollowMe, Identity Provisioning, ProBoards and Shares over the entire life cycle
- Managing licenses and updates and ensuring system stability in collaboration with the IT operations team
- Active participation in projects (Change the Bank) in infrastructure, workplace and process optimization; partly in a leading function
- Implementation of rollout and automation projects as well as development of a self-service portal and design of future workplaces
- 2nd level support for various products and services as well as training of 1st level support to improve the probability of fulfillment
- Coordination of infrastructure services with external partners and establishment of standardized services on site
Your profile
- Knowledge of the Windows environment (Active Directory, Exchange, Office) and network technologies
- Professional experience with Identity Provisioning, Printer (Follow-Me) or License Management desirable
- High analytical skills combined with a high degree of service orientation
- Very good knowledge of German and English
