ITSM Service Excellence Leader
Northean Trust Bank is seeking an ITSM Service Excellence Leader in Chicago to support IT teams in establishing ITSM processes and ensuring service reliability. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, as well as knowledge of ITIL and CyberArk.
Tasks
- Help IT teams lay the groundwork
- Familiar with relevant sources that can help our organizations adjust their strategy and day-to-day operations
- Ensure service reliability and availability
- Partner with operational staff, key technical team members, key personnel, and our teams
- Work closely with internal operational staff, operational experts, and technical team members
- Strengthen customer relationships and maintain positive partnerships through effective communication with partners
Requirements
- ITIL Foundation Certificate
- CyberArk PAM v11.8.0+
- ITSM Service Excellence Leader
- A motivated, enthusiastic, creative, innovative, and intellectually curious person
- Open to working independently
- Policies and practices related to familiarity within the organization, as they become important components of an ever-expanding ITSM
- Pursue a minimum 4-year bachelor's degree in technology, administration, or business administration, or
- Seek experience that is equivalent or greater
- Customers, our staff, and everyone else involved in collaborative delivery and improvement
- Partner with operational staff, key technical team members, key personnel, and our teams
- Work closely with internal operational staff, operational experts, and technical team members
- Strengthen customer and customer engagement partnerships that leverage dedicated technology partnerships through change management and other partnerships, etc.
