Java Backend Developer

Tasks

As a Java Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving our financial platforms and applications to ensure high performance, security, and scalability. Your responsibilities will include:

• Agile program planning and execution, including participation in Program Increment (PI) planning processes and Agile ceremonies
• Design and development of software solutions for our financial products and services in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Development and maintenance of backend services and APIs with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
• Optimizing server-side performance and ensuring data integrity and security
• Integration of various financial systems and third-party services
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues across the entire stack

Requirements

For this position, we require:

• More than 2 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java backend development
• Professional Java programming skills
• Strong knowledge of Core Java and related libraries, particularly Collections, JSON, JDBC, and Maven
• Strong knowledge of the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, JDBC Templates, and JPA
• Basic knowledge of Unix operating systems and Bash scripting
• Good code review skills and pride in code quality
• Ability to work in an agile environment
