Tasks
- Collaboration in a cross-functional team using agile methods as part of a DevOps center
- Collaborate with solution architects to design software solutions aligned with Julius Baer's overall architectural vision
- Actively participate in software engineering communities to share knowledge and help others
- Deliver high quality code that is aligned with Julius Baer's guidelines and standards
Requirements
- A "can-do" attitude, pragmatic and open-minded

- Experience in software development using industry standards such as test-driven development with TDD and BDD
- Understanding of DevOps concepts such as CI/CD and the importance and value of automated testing
- Willingness to learn new ways of working as Julius Baer transforms itself
- Take pride in your work and strive to lead by example
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or proven relevant professional experience
- Very good knowledge of English
What we do not expect
- Have expert knowledge in both frontend and backend domains. We understand that we all have our specialties and preferences, so we don't expect you to be as much of an expert in React as you are in Springboot backend, but we do expect you to be open to working in both domains if needed, but with a focus on either frontend or backend.
