Tasks
- Design, implement, deploy, publish and monitor team applications, participate in code reviews.
- Understanding of business requirements through collaboration with colleagues from different departments of Julius Baer.
- Participate in planning sessions and feature refinement sessions with the team.
- Collaborative design of software solutions with Solution Architects that are aligned with Julius Baer's overall architectural vision.
- Active participation in software engineering communities, sharing knowledge and supporting others.
- Delivery of high-quality code that complies with Julius Baer guidelines and standards.
Requirements
- A "can-do" attitude, pragmatic and open-minded.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, your ideas are welcome.
- Experience in software development using industry standards such as test-oriented development with TDD and BDD.
- Understanding of DevOps concepts such as CI/CD and the importance and value of automated testing.
- Willingness to learn new ways of working as Julius Baer transforms.
- Take pride in your work and strive to lead by example.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or proven relevant work experience.
- Very good knowledge of English.
