The role involves managing a small team both in terms of day-to-day operations and technical expertise, overseeing data management and analysis, and communicating with internal and external partners.

- Line and functional management, as well as the development of a small, dedicated team
- Responsibility for two employees
- Responsibility for the Finnova DWH and ODS
- Ensuring, maintaining, and optimizing all data interfaces with internal and external partners
- Responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and further development of internal operational applications
- Communication, coordination, and collaboration with software providers and partners in the data and development sectors
- Supporting business units with data analysis
- Creating informative reports
- Further development of existing reporting pipelines (Reporting Services, T-SQL, PowerShell)
- Participation in strategic and operational projects
Your profile
- A trustworthy, solution-oriented individual with a strong sense of personal responsibility
- Management experience and strong leadership skills
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree (from ETH, a university, or a university of applied sciences) with a focus on business informatics, finance, business administration, or comparable qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in data analytics and development
- Knowledge of the Finnova banking system or banking in general is a plus
- Strong quantitative analysis skills, structured and pragmatic approach to work
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
