Your role

  • Lead the end-to-end design and continuous improvement of customer journeys to ensure compliance with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable travel plans and experience blueprints.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, success metrics and feedback loops for travel performance.
  • Use data and AI insights to identify pain points, opportunities and personalization levers
  • Agier as a thought partner to product and design teams by bringing a client-centered and strategic perspective to solution development.
  • Contribute to the broader transformation agenda of the OnePass program by building travel thinking into delivery.

Your expertise

  • Experience in travel strategy.
  • Strong understanding of digital product development, agile methods and design thinking.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data analysis.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven personalization.
  • Wealth Management / Private Banking.
  • Experience with AI or at least a high level of interest.
