Julius Baer Bank is seeking a Junior Account Manager (m/f/d) for a 12-month fixed-term position to manage client accounts and handle document administration. The Junior Account Manager will assist Relationship Managers with client support and independently handle tasks related to client administration.

Junior Account Manager (Full-Time) (f/m/d) - Temporary (12 Months)Your challenge
Client Administration & Management - Ensures that accurate and high-quality client relationship documentation is maintained and consistently upheld to a high standard, including client identification/documentation (CIB), account opening forms, and other relevant legal forms - Ensures that operational account management is carried out professionally, addressing all tasks and system alerts directly or through the Relationship Manager (RM) as necessary - Chairs portions of client meetings as needed and handles documentation, compliance, and other client inquiries - Maintains key client data in consultation with the RM to ensure that the CRM and other records are accurate - Interacts with clients in an independent and professional manner in all aspects of account management - Proactively takes the lead in supporting RMs/THs in client relationships and all related tasks - Ensures that operational coverage and client interaction (not advisory) are maintained within the team during absences - Prepares and provides clients with customized information, reports, and statisticsYour profile

- Strong familiarity with the geographic regions covered, including the legal and regulatory environment and cultural sensitivities - In-depth understanding of relevant products, services, and tools in the Intermediaries & Family Offices sector - Advanced knowledge of global financial markets and current industry trendsTraining and experience
