Junior Account Manager

The Julius Baer Group is seeking a Junior Account Manager (m/f/d) for a 12-month position to manage client accounts and handle document administration. The Junior Account Manager supports the Relationship Managers and interacts directly with clients to ensure a high-quality client relationship.

Tasks

The responsibilities of the Junior Account Manager include:
  • Handling account administration, documentation procedures, and tasks related to account administration in day-to-day operations and projects
  • Ensuring that accurate and high-quality client relationship documentation procedures are followed and maintained to a high standard, including client identification documentation (CID), account opening forms, and other relevant legal forms
  • Professional management of operational account administration, including all tasks and system alerts that can be resolved directly or through the Relationship Manager (RM)
  • Attend client meetings and, if necessary, manage certain aspects of the meeting (e.g., documentation formalities, compliance, other client inquiries)
  • Independent and professional interaction with clients in all aspects of account management
  • Proactively support Relationship Managers (RMs) and Team Leaders (TLs) in client relations and all related tasks
  • Creation and provision of customized information, reports, and statistics for clients

Professional and Technical Skills

The required professional and technical skills are:
  • Familiarity with the geographic market, including the legal and regulatory environment and cultural sensitivity
  • In-depth understanding of relevant products, services, and tools in the Intermediaries & Family Offices sector
  • Advanced knowledge of global financial markets and current developments in the industry
  • Successful completion of the internal AM Intermediaries & FO training program

We offer

We are offering a 12-month temporary position that may lead to a permanent position, depending on performance and business needs.
