Junior Analyst in Recovery & Resolution Planning (RRP) within Group Treasury 100% (f/m/d)

The Junior Analyst in Recovery & Resolution Planning (RRP) supports the Group Treasury team in strengthening the Group's financial resilience and regulatory preparedness. The role involves assisting with the creation and updating of plans, coordinating inputs, and preparing presentations for supervisory authorities and senior management.

Tasks

As a Junior Analyst in Recovery & Resolution Planning (RRP), you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Support in preparing and updating key sections of the group restructuring plan, including governance, restructuring options, and stress scenarios
  • Support in conducting restructuring plan tests and management simulations, contributions to scenario analysis and findings from follow-up reviews
  • Coordinating input from multiple teams to keep track of deadlines, dependencies, and tasks
  • Creating clear, high-quality presentations and summaries for regulators, working groups, and senior stakeholders
  • Maintaining high documentation and governance standards for all RRP materials
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and supporting automation initiatives

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is proactive, analytical, and willing to learn:
  • University degree in economics, finance, mathematics, engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in Microsoft Office, including creating structured financial models in Excel and producing high-quality presentations in PowerPoint
  • Clear and precise writing style with strong attention to detail
  • Convenient for coordinating with stakeholders across functions
  • Practical, solution-oriented attitude with strong collaboration skills
  • Ideally, experience in treasury, treasury risk, and/or project management
  • Familiarity with RRP concepts and a basic understanding of liquidity/capital issues is a plus.
  • Ability to work with large data sets; Python or VBA skills for automation are advantageous
  • Independent, resilient, and team-oriented personality who can perform under pressure
