The Junior Business Analyst supports Banking Operations in the transformation program, which is driven by the implementation of a new core banking platform. The focus is on securities processing, particularly in the trading implementation. - Supporting data quality initiatives and coordinating data cleansing activities prior to migration

Your profile

- Completed training in banking and/or a college degree with a focus on banking - Experience in a role as a business analyst or coordinator in the banking sector - Strong interest in process analysis, digital transformation, and change enablement - Solid skills in database querying or data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI) - Understanding of post-trade securities operations, particularly in trade settlement and the processing of corporate actions for equities, bonds, funds, and derivatives - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills - Ability to work independently combined with a solution-oriented mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile - Fluent in English; good knowledge of German is advantageous but not required
