Job description
The Junior Business Analyst supports Banking Operations as part of the transformation program driven by the implementation of a new core banking platform. The focus is on securities processing, particularly in the areas of trading implementation and corporate actions.Tasks
- Assessment of the operational impact of system and process changes across all asset classes
- Collaboration on the design of test scenarios and support for end-to-end testing activities
- Analysis, validation, and interpretation of data to support solution development and decision-making
- Development of procedural documentation, user manuals, and training materials for the surgical teams
- Supporting data quality initiatives and coordinating data cleansing activities prior to migration
Requirements
- Completed training in banking and/or a college degree with a focus on banking
