As a Junior Business Analyst ECM, you will support the optimization of business processes in the area of Enterprise Content Management and coordinate these with IT and Operations. The aim is to implement use cases and establish a central point of contact for business, operations and IT.

Junior Business Analyst ECM 100% (m/f/d) - (Contract through our external payroll partner with immediate start for 12 months with possible extension)Tasks
- Process incoming and outgoing mail. The long-term goal is to establish a central contact point for business, operations and IT
- Promoting changes in the ECM area in line with business requirements
- Coordination of enterprise content management business processes with IT and operations
- Step-by-step implementation of use cases with Front Office, IT and Operations based on the global vision
Requirements
- Professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the ECM sector, or a strong foundation in a related field through education or internships would be a plus
- Technical training or equivalent qualification
- Excellent basic knowledge of data structure design and management, interfaces and technical process management, with a desire to continue to learn and grow
- Conceptual leadership potential on the topic, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
- Team player with excellent cooperation and communication skills
- High level of motivation and willingness to get involved
