Tasks
- Main responsibility: Front Support:
- Supporting Relationship Managers (RM) and Relationship Manager Assistants (RMA) in their daily work and in handling administrative matters
- Opening accounts for new customers for various front teams
- Performing tasks related to the maintenance of existing clients' accounts
- Monitoring lists (e.g. due dates etc.) and taking action if instructions are standard, or obtaining instructions (from RM or client) if required
- Supporting the RM in carrying out the periodic customer audit
- Carrying out selected administrative tasks in connection with the front office
- Maintenance of required client due diligence and compliance with all regulatory and policy standards and handling of related administrative tasks
- Execution of selected centralized tasks for all front teams
- Maintaining and updating records of customer instructions, customer data and preferences
- Communication with other RM teams, Operations and IT
- Development of ideas for optimizing front office processes to increase efficiency
- Secondary responsibility: account management for special customers
- Managing / supporting the administrative management of the business relationship with insurance companies (as contact person for insurance companies for technical or administrative questions and requirements, carrying out periodic checks, efficient processing of tasks (e.g. trades, payments), account maintenance (e.g. updating signatories, requesting missing documents), account monitoring)
- Managing / supporting the administration of selected special accounts (e.g. dormant accounts) and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
- Customer-oriented, service- and solution-oriented, discreet and responsible
- Flexible, 10 to 20 hours per week in a new and changing environment
- Friendly, outgoing personality, well presented and professional demeanor
- Very good oral and written language skills in English, other language skills are a plus
