Junior Business Manager (Full-Time) (f/m/d) - Temporary position until September 30, 2026

The Junior Business Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational and administrative management of a business unit and assists in implementing the business unit’s strategy. The position is a fixed-term contract ending on September 30, 2026, and requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Tasks

- Prepare presentations, concepts, and reports for internal and external stakeholders - Plan and execute internal events, meetings (e.g., off-site meetings, town hall meetings), and communication initiatives - Conduct and/or coordinate quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform decisions regarding projects, performance reviews, processes, and ad hoc requests - Conduct financial budget planning and ensure effective cost control and reporting for business units, teams, and/or projects - Own and manage business unit-specific processes

Requirements

- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills - Experience in project management - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
