Junior Client Service Consultant (m/f/d)
As a Junior Client Service Consultant at VF Bank, you will conduct KYC/CDD reviews and assist with customer onboarding as well as risk and control assessments. The position requires a good command of German and English, as well as a strong willingness to learn and attention to detail in a compliance environment.
Your challenge
- Conducting Standardized KYC/CDD Checks
- Support for the onboarding and periodic review of customer accounts
- Conducting preliminary risk and control assessments to evaluate ABL, control objects, and control strategies
- Taking on tasks with independent responsibility based on individual skill level
- Maintenance of system data and support with reporting requests
- Collaboration with front-line staff on day-to-day KPC reporting (under supervision)
Your profile
- Fluent German and very good English skills
- Basic Knowledge of Audits and Other Systems
- Previous experience in business or compliance is a plus
- Focus on practical application and solutions in interactive sessions using standard modules, in a team setting, via conference call, or through a video portal
- A strong willingness to learn, adaptability, attention to detail, and a structured approach to work
- A sense of responsibility for one's own tasks, deadlines, etc.
