Junior Co-Manager Equity Special Value 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

Responsible for the management and monitoring of investment portfolios
Development and implementation of investment strategies
Work closely with clients and stakeholders to achieve investment objectives
Provision of expert advice on investment matters
Ensuring compliance with regulations and company guidelines
Collaboration with other departments, such as risk management, trading and customer service, to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for financial markets and investments
Flexible and adaptable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Strong sense of responsibility, reliability and team orientation
Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments and regulations
Proven success in achieving investment objectives and risk management
Experience with financial software and systems (e.g. Bloomberg)
Experience in investment management, portfolio management or a related field
Relevant professional certifications, such as CFA or CAIA, are an advantage
