Junior Compliance Officer (VIE) (M/F)

Within our department, your role will be to support the Compliance Officers in implementing the compliance policy, particularly with regard to identifying, assessing, and managing risks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out work related to compliance issues within the department.
• Participation in cross-functional projects that have a significant impact on the bank's operations and organization.
• Ensures that internal procedures comply with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
• Contributing to audits to verify compliance levels and identify risks of noncompliance.
• Assistance with coordinating projects and initiatives aimed at streamlining and modernizing compliance activities.
• The preparation of reports for the entity's committees and governance bodies.

Requirements

• Minimum educational requirement: Bac +5 / M2 or higher.
• Minimum experience level: 0–2 years.
• Ideal experience: Initial experience gained during an internship or work-study program at a financial institution.

Compétences recherchées

Do you have knowledge of the regulations regarding:

• Investor protection, sales, and distribution of financial products.
• Market abuse.

You also have excellent analytical, synthesis, and writing skills, as well as strong analytical and writing skills developed during your studies and/or work experience.

Tools and Languages

• Proficiency in traditional office software.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
