Tasks

• Analyze customer and operational issues to identify potential risks, trends, or areas that require further review or escalation
• Work closely with colleagues from various teams to gather information and support coordinated compliance efforts
• Maintain and improve standardized workflows, templates, and tracking tools to ensure consistent and efficient processes
• Stay up to date on important compliance issues, regulatory changes, and updates to internal policies related to conduct risks
• Contributing ideas for improving processes, controls, and work methods, including opportunities for automation

Requirements

• Academic background in banking, financial law, or business administration, or a related field—legal training or qualifications are a strong advantage
• A solid understanding of banking operations, ideally gained through prior experience in private banking, compliance, or auditing
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis; experience in structuring, cleaning, and interpreting datasets
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint; ability to translate complex information into clear, visually appealing slides and summaries
