Junior Data Scientist (Full-Time) (f/m/d)

Tasks

As a Junior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Implementing new technologies, managing change initiatives, developing predictive models, and conducting financial and economic analyses to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management
• Collaborating with internal IT teams and external vendors to conduct in-depth analyses and identify the best solutions
• Development, monitoring, and documentation of predictive models in accordance with industry best practices and a solid theoretical foundation
• Close collaboration with senior stakeholders to develop quantitative solutions for optimizing various banking processes
• Review and management of change requests submitted by the business unit
• Conducting regular and ad hoc analyses and reports

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics)
• 2–3 years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on compliance, risk management, and legal affairs
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex solutions and data insights into a compelling narrative for the rest of the organization
