Junior Data Scientist (Full-Time) (f/m/d)

Tasks

- Collaborate with internal IT and external vendors to conduct in-depth analyses and identify best solutions by leveraging the latest technology as well as compliance analytics and transformation infrastructure - Design, develop, monitor, and document predictive models in accordance with industry best practices and sound theoretical foundations - Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop quantitative solutions using various analytical principles to optimize various banking processes - Evaluate and manage change requests submitted by the business unit - Conduct regular and ad hoc analyses and reports

Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics)
• 2–3 years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on compliance, risk management, and legal affairs
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex solutions and data insights into a compelling narrative for the rest of the organization

• Enthusiasm for using data and statistics to solve complex problems
