- Solid programming skills in Python and/or Java, with the ability to learn additional languages, frameworks, and tools as needed.
- Experience with LLM-based applications, agent-based workflows, and practical AI case studies.
- A curious engineer's mindset focused on clean code, testing, reliability, cost-effective data handling, and user value.
- A genuine interest in understanding business problems, driven by a desire to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
- A clear communication style, with the ability to ask good questions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Internship, thesis, project, or early professional experience in AI, machine learning, LLM applications, or data-driven product development.
- Practical experience with LLM APIs, building agentic workflows, and using MCP or similar tools.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, containerization, cloud platforms, or DevOps concepts.
- Experience with AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Coders, Cursor, or similar tools, as well as an understanding of how to use them responsibly.
- Product-oriented thinking and a commercial mindset—an eye for where AI creates value for customers and the company, not just where it’s technologically interesting.
- Interest in financial services, digital assets, regulated environments, or secure software development.
- You excel at working with foundational models such as OpenAI and Anthropic Claude, and you know how to translate AI ideas into secure, reliable, and well-governed solutions in a regulated banking environment.
We offer
- Competitive international market wages and an incentive-based compensation system
