Junior ICT System Engineer in data center operations (80% to 100%)

Your contribution

• Supporting colleagues in the application areas of event management, workload automation, file transfer and printing;
• Optimization and development of scripts;
• Taking on technical deputies with the prospect of later assuming responsibility for one of the applications mentioned;
• Analysis and rectification of faults and critical security issues in the applications for which you are responsible;
• Planning and implementation of updates;
• Collaboration in projects and plans;
• Providing on-call service.

Your knowledge and experience

• Completed training as a platform or application developer EFZ or a comparable qualification;
• First practical experience in IT operations or systems engineering;
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell and willingness to deepen this knowledge;
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux systems;
• High willingness to learn, ability to work in a team and a structured, reliable way of working;
• Very good knowledge of German or French as well as English.
