Junior Individual Client Advisor (80–100%)
Hypothekarbank Lenzburg is seeking a Junior Individual Client Advisor (80–100%) for its Meilingen branch to provide service to and acquire private clients. The position requires basic business training and offers comprehensive on-the-job training as well as flexible working conditions.
Tasks
- Expansion, maintenance, and 360° consulting for the client portfolio
- Sale of the entire range of products and services, including cross-selling
- Systematic assessment of needs and the third-party portfolio
- Onboarding New Customers
- Acquiring New Customers Through Networking
Requirements
- Basic business training (experience in banking or insurance is a plus)
- Completed banking-specific continuing education or initial experience as an inside sales representative
- Strong sales and customer-oriented skills
