Junior Investment Advisor

Job description

Junior Investment Advisor in Zurich with a permanent contract.

Tasks

• Supporting senior advisors in the day-to-day management of client relationships and advisory activities
• Coordination and tracking of investment orders and execution processes
• Assistance with preparing investment proposals, portfolio reviews, and client presentations
• Monitoring of portfolios, asset allocation, investment performance, and cash management activities
• Ensuring accurate tracking of transactions, documentation, and internal processes
• Participation in staffing the advisory desk, including planned market and customer monitoring

Investment Development & Research

• Conducting market research on various asset classes and investment themes
• Assistance with investment selection and analysis; providing ideas and recommendations for potential investment opportunities
• Monitoring of financial markets, macroeconomic developments, and investment trends
• Maintenance and updating of the advisory portfolio universe, watchlists, and reporting tools
• Assisting with the preparation of investment publications, market commentary, and marketing materials
• Support in the development of internal investment presentations and client communication materials

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, investment advisory, or asset management
