Junior IT Reliability & Resilience Specialist
The position as a Junior IT Reliability & Resilience Specialist at ING Bank in Poland offers the opportunity to work on a team focused on incident management, problem management, and change management, and to gain experience in process automation and data analysis. The ideal candidate should have experience in the IT industry, particularly in the maintenance of systems and applications, and be able to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
Tasks
- Automation of processes in the areas of IETL, API, interfacing, and reporting, as well as ongoing standardization of solutions
- Collaboration with teams working on technical solutions related to incident management, problem management, change management, and service availability
- Participation in processes related to incident and problem management
- Collaboration with teams working on technical solutions related to incident management, problem management, and change management
- Development of Solutions in the Field of Incident Management
- Analysis of data and formulation of conclusions and recommendations
- Working with data in SQL, Excel, and Power BI, including report creation
Requirements
- Experience in the maintenance of banking systems and/or business applications
- Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to work in a dynamic, demanding environment
