Junior Key Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Key Account Manager to join our Partner Solutions Team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, grow, and take on responsibility.

Tasks

- Key Account Manager and primary contact for major national and international investment and private banks - Preparation for and participation in C-level discussions with partners - Identification of new business opportunities and promotion of business growth for investment solutions - Development and execution of strategic, cross-functional projects to deliver solutions tailored to partner needs - Responsibility for integration strategy; design and implementation of a long-term operating model and achieving the necessary scalability and flexibility with existing and new partners - Building relationships with key business decision-makers - Coordinating with internal stakeholders to execute key business initiatives - Supporting acquisition efforts with prospects

Requirements

- Broad understanding of the value chain of structured products - Experience in relationship management and project work is a plus - Degree in economics or finance - Fluent English, German is a strong plus - Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to simplify and present complex ideas - Analytical, logical, and commercial mindset with a strong drive to provide excellent service - Results-oriented self-starter, autonomous, and proactive team member

Nice to Have

- Experience in a front office role in structured products business is a plus - Ability to design solutions after gathering business requirements - Persistence, ability to maintain continuity of project momentum - A desire to learn and innovate
