Job description: (Junior) Credit Advisor / Focus Mortgages (m/f/d)

Your challenge

• Support of an existing client portfolio (focus on real estate financing in Liechtenstein / Switzerland), large-scale / domestic if required also with our tenants, legal partners and partners of VP Bank Group, within the framework of the bank's credit-critical guidelines
• Supporting the front office department as a sparring partner in credit issues and accompanying them to customer meetings
• Preparation of loan applications and procurement of the information and documents required for the assessment
• Ensuring complete customer documentation (KYC/address lottery)

Your profile

• Banking or comparable basic commercial training, supplemented by further training in business or vocational training/other subjects
• You have relevant banking knowledge in a comparable position, ideally at a bank in the lending business with a focus on real estate financing
• Well-groomed and confident appearance as well as good manners, flexibility and pleasure in dealing with customers and internal stakeholders
• Confident handling of common MS Office programs and fluent German round off your profile
