Your area of responsibility
- You’ll help our customers with questions about money, saving, retirement planning, and finances
- Together with the team, you'll manage your own client portfolio and gradually develop into an independent consultant.
- You identify needs and find appropriate solutions and services
- You will build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients and represent our bank to our clients—even beyond traditional matters
- You will continue to develop your expertise in this field—particularly in the areas of planning and financing
What you bring with you
- Completed banking apprenticeship or comparable training
- Enjoyment of direct contact with people
- Interest in finance and personal financial advice
- Motivation, openness, and a desire to continue growing
- Openness, a friendly demeanor, and a desire to help you build a network in our region
Skills & Experience
- Several years of experience in advising bank clients
- Persuasiveness and Communication Skills
- Teamwork and a solution-oriented approach
- Experience with the Finova banking software
Languages
- German (spoken/written)
- English (spoken/written)
