Junior Customer Service Representative for Private Clients (60–100%)

Bank Thalwil Genossenschaft is seeking a Junior Client Advisor for Private Clients (60–100%) who will assist clients with questions regarding payments, savings, retirement planning, and personal finances, and who will develop into an independent advisor. The position requires completion of a banking apprenticeship or comparable training, as well as a passion for working directly with people and an interest in finance and personal consulting.

Your area of responsibility

  • You'll assist our customers with questions about payments, savings, retirement planning, and finances
  • Together with the team, you’ll manage your own client portfolios and gradually develop into an independent consultant.
  • You identify needs and find appropriate solutions and services
  • You will build relationships with our clients and represent our bank to them
  • You are constantly expanding your expertise—particularly in the areas of investments, retirement planning, and financing

  • Completed banking apprenticeship or comparable training

Skills & Experience

  • Several years of experience in banking and customer consulting
  • Persuasiveness and Communication Skills
  • Teamwork and a solution-oriented approach
  • Experience with the Finova banking software

Languages

  • German (spoken/written)
  • English (spoken/written)
