Your area of responsibility

• You’ll help our customers with questions about money, saving, retirement planning, and finances
• Together with the team, you will manage your own client portfolio and gradually develop into an independent professional
• You identify needs and develop appropriate solutions and service offerings
• You build and maintain relationships in the best interests of our customers
• You will continue to develop your expertise—particularly in the areas of investments, retirement planning, and finance

• Completed banking apprenticeship or comparable training
• Enjoyment of direct contact with people

Skills & Experience

• Several years of experience in customer service
• Persuasiveness and communication skills
• Teamwork and a solution-oriented approach
• Experience with the Finova banking software

Languages

• English (fluent/spoken/written)
